Braking System 80 95 100 and 110 models

The brakes on the later P4s are exceptionally good and are servo assisted with discs on the front wheels and large drums on the rear. This was highly advanced for a production car of its era, and the performance of the system when in good order can raise a few eyebrows at MOT time.

It's a single circuit system so if any of the pipes burst, you loose all hydraulic braking. It's important therefore to keep everything in good order.
